Within a healthy and fun environment, participants gain an understanding of the value of physical health and positive emotions through interactive activities that develop team effectiveness. This program unites positive thoughts with physical persistence to improve individual resilience. The program can leverage off existing health assessments or utilise our own assessments.
Audience: This program is ideal for either a single team or a number of teams from one organisation.
