Aim: This course provides participants an opportunity to practice and develop a range of strategies to develop or enhance their own level of resilience. The strategies cover the emotional, cognitive and physical aspects of resilience and form a basis for participants to gain greater awareness of themselves and their response to their environment and workplace.

Audience: All staff who are interested in identifying their own foundations of resilience and areas that can be targeted to improve resilience.
