Aim: This course provides participants with skills and knowledge to understand the art of listening. Listening is the gateway to effective communication and understanding others. Participants explore ways in which to develop this essential human skill. The course includes an individual listening profile assessment.

Audience: All staff that want to improve their ability to communicate effectively with others. The course is ideal for work teams and groups.

• Discover their own most natural listening approaches
• Explore their strengths and challenges as listeners
• Identify effective listening approaches and behaviours
