When I sat in the sun to pen this short verse,
Reflecting as I often do on life in this strange universe
A voice encouraged me to scribe some lines on success
"growth, revenue, finances profits" the voice said I should address
"But that's not really us, that's not o2c!" I cried
"I'm going to talk about people and values." I replied
So I sat back down with my dog in the sun
I sat right back down to ponder value number one
I came up with values; five, and number one is called trust
The others are important, but this one, it's a must
Trust builds the team and underpins what we do
It even engenders freedom which is value number two
Freedom to live, to be what we want to be
To grow ourselves in the business and fulfil our potentiality
So potential comes in as value number three
And help people fulfil theirs is what we do at o2c
Helping others build resilience has just arrived as value number four
Recover, progress, find fun, look for joy, is there any more?
Well yes there is, you guessed it, there is a number five
It is all about letting joy loose in our lives
So I'm all done here with my verse in the sun
