Situation	SSDS is the Garrison Support Services (GSS) incumbent for the South East Queensland Region. The initial five-year period plus a 9 month extension ended and a RFT for rebid was released.
Challenge	The new RFT incorporated changes to the existing service delivery. An option was also provided to deliver a joint solution for both Garrison Support and Comprehensive Maintenance Support in the region.
Response	Delivered within eight weeks a GSS and Joint solution for a number of areas including: Intellectual Property Key Performance Indicators Risk Reward Model Facilities Management Call Centre and Service Centre Solution Review of the GSS solution for inclusion in the joint submission.
Outcome	Delivered Tender responses on time and within agreed budget.
