ORS were looking for an activity to bring together their staff and provide a positive and
enjoyable environment in a short timeframe. |

Using our Art of Fun course, O2C delivered a series of physical and experiential activities
designed to produce the following outcomes:
- Build relationships with other staff
- Have fun
- Promote a positive environment
- Communication within teams

| Outcome |
The 122 staff identified how fun provides an opportunity to engage with others and how fun is
important in its own right. The group also recognised how to develop networks through the art of
conversation. |
