| Situation | KMart Tyre and Auto Services conducted a three day Leadership Conference over 290 frontline and regional managers. The conference was primarily designed to educate their frontline managers about the basics of leadership. |
| Challenge | The audience was predominately male and focussed on practical work applications of the material presented. KMart required participants to gain awareness and access the concept of emotional intelligence (EI). |
