As part of their end of year activities they were looking for an activity to improve
communications and have an enjoyable day as a team. |
| Challenge |
Everalls were looking to improve on communication styles as well as to conduct some
outdoor physical and fun team activities for their annual staff get together day. |
| Response |
O2C provided a full day program which highlighted the delights of the National Capital,
through a series of physically and mentally stimulating indoor and outdoor activities. During
these fun and unique challenges, participants were required to understand and use; trust,
creativity, imagination, multiple intelligences, communication and teamwork. |
| Outcome |
The team review at the end identified that they:
- Developed active listening techniques
- Developed active responding techniques
- Practiced communication techniques in a fun team based environment
- Understood the how creativity can improve productivity
- Embraced the value of fun
