| Situation |
AGSAFE is an industry sponsored umbrella body that incorportaes Chemclear and drumMUSTER. These national programs provide for the collection
and recycling of eligible non-returnable crop production and animal health product chemical containers from manufacturers participating in the
Industry Waste Reduction Scheme (IWRS). Strategic direction required the communication of changes to regional consultants for the programs. This
direction included a national approach and the need for consultants to understand their role as advocates for these programs. The national
conference afforded an opportunity for the national office to communicate these changes. |

To facilitate the national conference and enable national level staff and regional consultants to understand the need for alignment with
national direction and become accountable for their outcomes. |
| Response |
The O2C facilitation team utilised a number of methods and techniques to challenge the national conference participants to think, to identify
key issues and to explore challenges and opportunities in the process of moving towards this new direction. These techniques focussed on encouraging
discussion and a focus on positive improvement in a consultative and inclusive fashion. Some of these techniques included appreciative inquiry and
world café. |

The conference afforded participants the opportunity to identify the reasons and need to change their actions and behaviour to support the new
direction. |
