Tailoring our Mission Possible: Intro to Team Building course, O2C delivered a
half day activity using paintball as a platform designed to produce the following
outcomes:
- Understand the importance of trust when working within a team
- Understand the importance of effective communication within teams and the workplace
- Understand their capability within a team setting
- Understand others capabilities within a team environment
- Understand the pressures of working within groups
- Develop skills for building teams within the workplace
- Understand the building blocks of effective teams

| Outcome |
Participants gained an insight into how to build an effective team with specific
knowledge developed around the themes of redundancy and skills transfer, people
management, innovation and creativity, communication and trust. |
