  • Induction. This workshop provides ARACY an opportunity to welcome and induct new staff including meeting key personnel, induction manuals, and head office location.
  • Team Development. Investigate and collaborate on a range of tasks to build better working relationships and strengthen team bonds.
Response The O2C facilitation team used a variety of tools such as the Argenti Planning Method, World Café and Appreciative Inquiry combined with our own unique activities to assist ARACY staff identify the key aspects of their annual strategy.
Outcome The workshop provided ARACY with an operational blueprint for managers and staff to use throughout the year as clear guidance as to their roles and tasks within the organisation. This document complements the ARACY strategic plan. ARACY also identified the nature of their work environment and how geography and function are issues that must be addressed to form a united and coherent team.
