The workshop brought together the entire ARACY team and identified the following outcomes:
- Organisational Strategy. Review the ARACY Strategic Plan and ensure staff understand
their role within the "big picture".
- Induction. This workshop provides ARACY an opportunity to welcome and induct new staff
including meeting key personnel, induction manuals, and head office location.
- Team Development. Investigate and collaborate on a range of tasks to build better working
relationships and strengthen team bonds.
