O2C - Building successful and resilient people, leaders, and organisations

>> About Us

Charles

Charles

I have been described as patient, calm and easy to understand. I bring practical knowledge and wisdom to situations. I am open and sensitive to people and make sure no-one gets left behind. I am also very comfortable in taking charge in unfamiliar circumstances.

I need to improve celebrating my successes in the world. I also need to slow down at times and not underestimate my own capacities.

I get significant meaning from my life in O2C due to the personal connections I make with people and from the demonstrable difference our products and services make to people. If we can build strength into people and organisations they can grow to their greatest potential.

My most recent memorable achievement was as part of the victorious ACT Masters Australian Rules Team which won the 2007 Super Rules Division 2 National Title in Sydney. This was achieved with wins over South Australia, Victoria Country, and New South Wales. I also enjoy my role as the president of the ACT Junior Chess League and am committed to furthering chess in Australia as a sport.

I would like my epitaph to be “I led an interesting life”.
